Our quality assurance service builds on our guest experience analysis, which includes mystery shopping and methodological routine reviewing of operations. The derived quality report primarily offers a snapshot of the surveyed services and the guest experiences of the organisation. Should the need be identified, a number of quality improvements will be recommended, including staff training.

PRE-OPENING ASSISTANCE

Given the particular conditions that apply to the Scandinavian markets, we offer consultancy in close partnership with selected specialists on the issues of start-up, effective operations, labour laws and collective bargaining as well as taxation and legal aspects. This ensures a successful start-up involving a team of employees with relevant and specific training, thoroughly tested sales and marketing plans and orders for the books.
