As CEO of Comwell for more than 36 years, Preben Nesager is committed to hospitality concept and design development, which hand-in-hand with a concerted approach to staff development has ensured that Comwell enjoys a leading position within the conference and spa/resort hotel market in Denmark, most recently with the opening of the HAY-designed 240-room Comwell Aarhus. Throughout his career, Preben Nesager has also devoted time and resources to the establishment of international relations and organisations such as the International Association of Conference Centres (IACC).

Preben Nesager has furthermore participated on Comwell’s behalf in the European start-up of the Dolce hotel company, which has since been acquired by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

His engagement in establishing the many Comwell hotels has given Preben Nesager extensive experience, particularly in relation to a wide range of contract negotiations.
